Guangdong ZIENER Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the first 1200V D-Mode high-reliability GaN platform. After meeting requiement of the reliability of 1200V application system, the intrinsic breakdown has reached 2400V and therefor can be widely used in industry, new energy, and automotive applications. We are dedicated to make GaN the main semiconductor power devices. Based on the next generation technology, we have achieved major breakthroughs in the 3300V platform.
